  We want to congratulate Roxanne Parks of Texas on her purchase of Minstrils Lyrics and her 2007 bay filly. We wish Lyric well on her breeding stay at Arabians Ltd.
  We want to congratulate Sarah Clower on her purchase of Shaikh Soufian and Shoshana Shaina. We wish her much success with them and wish them well in West Virginia.
  We want to congratulate S.K. Arabians of Isreal on their purchase of Shatenas Deperada, Sh-Amira Ferhaneh, and Aribesque (in foal to Shaikh Soufian). We wish them well at the new home in Isreal.
Shir Halay foaled an extremely typey grey filly by Shaikh Soufian.
  Brios Ptaska Rose foaled a very "Arabian" bay Half-Arabian by Sahiba Turat. Brios Ptaska Rose is now back home in Wisconsin. We want to thank Lori for letting us lease her. Rosie was a favorite with the kids.
  Tragically, we lost our beautiful mare, Athiik Wahida (by Thee Desperado) shortly after foaling due to an reptured uterous. Her bay colt is doing well and has been "adopted" by a mare of a friend.
Shir Tahmay foaled an incredible bay colt by Sahiba Turat.
  Minstrils Lyric foaled a beautiful dark bay filly by Sahiba Turat.
Shai Ganiya foaled an oustanding grey colt by Parys LDV, now owned by Wind Drinker Arabians in West Virginia.
SP Desert Roufah had her first foal, a black-bay colt by Sahiba Turat.
  Sunset Hill Farms had a terrific showing at the Sunflower Arabian Horse Show as Sh-Amira Zaafinah took first place in the 3-year old futurity class and Sh-Amir El Majeed took second place in the yearling futurity class.
Sunset Hill Farms is saddened in our tragic loss of Shai Ganiya's 2006 grey colt by El Saniel. He were looking forward to showing him in the EBC class of 2007 at the Egyptian Event.

Congratulations to Sharon Pietarila and SH-Amira Zuleika on their success at the American Royal Arabian Show in Kansas City this November. Zuleika placed 3rd out of 7 in Open with her trainer and 6th out of 14 with Sharon in AAOTH. Great job Sharon!

Sahiba Turat won the Grand Champion Stallion at the 2004 Kansas State Fair shown by Lesley.
SH-Amir El Marees won Reserve Grand Champion Stallion at the 2004 Kansas State Fair shown by Jeffry. This was especially great since this was his first show and he beat a mature stallion in the championship class to win Reserve. Wow!
We had a great time at the 2004 Egyptian Event in Kentucky in June. Sahiba Turat participated in the Stallion Showcase and provided plenty of excitement as he the outdoor presentation as proceeded to "float" around like he owned the place. Despite being loose with about 30 other stallions, he was perfectly behaved and Lesley recovered nicely to show him off for the large crowd. It was very rewarding to hear the positive comments and interest in Sahiba Turat.
Sahiba Turat also finished Top Ten in the World Class Colts of 2001 with Lesley. We were very happy with our performance against some of the biggest trainers in the world. A big "Kudos" to Misty McGinnis of Mistwood Arabians for the excellent work she has done with Sahiba Turat.
